Beer Pong

How to play:
  • 2 or 4 players

  • If you're playing with partners switch off shots and drinks

  • 6 or 10 plastic cups (Party Cups) and two ping-pong balls

  • Fill the beer up to the first rim on the cup (about 1/3 full), which equals 2 full beers per team.

  • Arrange cups in a pyramid near the edges of the table, 3 cups in the back, 2 in the middle row, 1 in the front, all tightly pushed together.

  • There shoud be 6 cups on each end of ping pong table (regular long table), or on 2 separate tables about 15 feet apart

  • There is a cup of warm water to dip the ball in, in the event that the ball picks up something unpleasant off of the floor.

  • You have to try to throw the ping pong into the cups on the other side of the table

  • The opposing team has to drink the beer out of the cup that the ping pong is made in

  • After the last cup is made, the team behind gets 2 shots (one per partner) to try to win catch up

  • If they can't they lose

  • Winners continue on and don't have to finish the beer that is left in cups

***Other rules vary... have fun with them.

  • Touch/Smack rule. As soon as the ping pong ball hits something, you can smack it away so it won't bounce in...or not

  • Bounce rule. Bounces off of anything may or may not count depending on your rules

  • Money ball rules. This one is definitely different. Play with 2 different color balls (One white, one yellow). One partner shoots the white ball, the other shoots the yellow ball. If you make the yellow ball, you get it right back and retain your turn. You keep getting it back as long as you make it. Teams decide which player wants to throw their money ball. You can rotate back and forth between throwing the white ball or the money ball. Whoever is on a roll typically should throw the money ball.
  • Blow Out. If the ball is spinning around the cup and not yet touching the beer the either teammate can attempt to blow it out.

  • 2 in 1. If two people make it in the same cup in one turn they win. But the other team can take the cup right away and drink. People who aren't paying attention usually pay the price for this rule, which is drinking the rest of the beer out of all the cups on your side.

*Be creative, every drinking game can be changed around to add more fun and enjoyment. Maybe you can start one of the best new drinking games and send it in!!!
